Graih - a home for the homeless

"God sets the lonely in families..."

 - Psalm 68:6 (NIV)

Welcome to Graih, a Manx word meaning love and charity that no-one can pronounce! We are a small charity based in Douglas in the Isle of Man seeking to love and serve the homeless. Please look around to find out more about us.

The short film below gives you a taste of what we do. There is a longer version available directly from us; please contact Michael Manning on the details below.

Fundraising

We're always interested to hear from people with the time and skills to raise funds for us! Please contact Michael Manning on the details below.

Needs and News

Please see the 'How to get involved' section above for more information about donating or volunteering with us. We would love to hear from you!

Michael Manning has had a book published. No King but God draws on his experiences with Graih.

Further details can be found under the Resources section above.

We are particularly interested in exploring supported accommodation here on the island. This is an area of great need on the island and could range from supporting people to maintain their tenancies to houses of hospitality taking people in. We would love to speak to anyone who would like to be involved in any way. Please contact Michael Manning on the details below.
